About me

Welcome to my Portfolio website.

I am currently undergoing re-qualification from marketing to IT, so I am open to pursuing a trainee or junior position.

I have a strong background in marketing and communication. It has led me to working with different projects, people and interactive platforms.
With a mindset of a constant learner, I have developed a growing interest in IT and especially Scrum Master or a Project Manager position.

For the last years I have been a freelancer. I manage and create WordPress based websites. I also manage Meta and Google Adwords platforms.

I create content, considering the best practices in SEO. I create content, considering the best practices in SEO. Take product photographs and of course consult entrepreneurs in any way possible.

Creating websites has given me the interest in IT. I started in EKA (Estonian School of Arts), where I took courses in Web Design. I learned basic in UX and UI and Bootstrap. Only when I worked on my first real html page, I realised IT and programming is where I want to be.

And just as Rome was not built in one day, IT mastery requires time.

This year I had a great opportunity to be a part of a project that is aimed for people who want to re-qualification. Through Smartwork NGO/NPO I toke Coursera courses in “IT Technical Support”.

In my previous career I have shown project management, communication and marketing skills.

In my previous career, I have been a Marketing Manager in diesel engine maintenance and retail centre. As a Marketing Manager, my main tasks and responsibilities were marketing planning, social media management, website content creation, analyzing and managing the communication.

I have been involved in multiple projects as well. Some of them are smaller, some bigger. Most influential projects are probably Suvemäe NGO and North Coast Regatta.

I have been a part of a team that has started a new, democratic school for kids. Been organizing their communication and web solutions.
This project taught me patience, communication and empathy. Working with kids and parents is both hard and blissful.

I have also been one of the organizational team members of the North Coast Regatta, which is held every year in June. I’ve been a core member of the web solutions, communication, project management and crisis solvation. With sea and Nordic weather, unexpected things will most likely occur. So fast adjustment has been my strong side.

What I’m proud of or good at?

It’s the way I love working with people and a willingness to learn new things.

I can be proud of most of my working experiences, but the most challenging was definitely the Covid19 and adjustments to unknown and constantly changing requirements for companies.
At those times it was crucial to communicate and find solutions that would best suit the company owners and employees’ needs. It needed strong and hard decisions to find the best solutions to keep the company running so that requirements for safety are met and the people could keep their jobs.

The same fast adaptation, problem solving and ability to work with different people, motivate them and make them work in union, has led me to the understanding that my skills should make me a strong candidate for a Junior Scrum Master, Project Manager position or something relevant to that.

So If your organization needs a dedicated trainee to help you grow with your great projects, don't hesitate to contact me!

I'm always ready to help!
